Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Rhys Holdings LLC (“ReHotLeads,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use rehotleads.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information you give us
- Email address — when you sign up for the free daily lead, create an account, or contact us.
- Account profile — your name and email, provided through our authentication provider when you register or log in.
- Message content — anything you write in our contact form.
- Billing details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. We retain a customer identifier, your plan, and your subscription status.
2. Information we collect automatically
- IP address at signup — recorded when you join the free list, and used to detect and limit abusive or automated signups.
- Email delivery events — whether an email we sent you was delivered, bounced, or reported as spam. We use this to keep our list clean and to answer support questions about missing emails.
- Usage and diagnostic data — standard server logs and aggregate analytics about how the site is used.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- deliver the daily lead emails and the dashboard you signed up for;
- create and administer your account and subscription;
- respond to your questions and provide support;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
- understand and improve how the service performs.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our subscriber list.
4. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the service:
- Auth0 — account authentication and login
- Stripe — payment processing and billing
- Resend — email delivery
- Vercel and Railway — application hosting
- Supabase — database hosting
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; when necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
5. About the foreclosure records we publish
The foreclosure listings on this service contain information about third parties — property owners, plaintiffs, and defendants in court cases — who are not our customers. This information is obtained from public records published by the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court. We did not collect it from those individuals and we do not add non-public information to it.
If you are named in a listing and believe the information we display is inaccurate, or you wish to raise a concern about its publication, contact us and we will review it. Note that court records themselves are maintained by the Clerk of Court; corrections to the official record must be made through the court.
6. Email preferences
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We may still send you transactional messages related to your account, such as billing receipts and security notices. If an address hard-bounces or reports our mail as spam, we remove it from the list automatically.
7. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the service to function, primarily to keep you signed in. We also use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics to understand site traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to stay logged in.
8. Data retention
We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Free-list records are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain a minimal record of the unsubscribe so we can honor it. Email delivery logs are retained for support and deliverability purposes.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, managed authentication, and access controls to protect your information, and we rely on established providers for hosting and payments. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
10. Your choices and rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may retain information where we are legally required or permitted to do so. Deleting your account does not remove public court records from the service, since those records are not collected from you and are independently public.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor verified requests under applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11. Children
The service is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the service.
